Scheduled - Network Services will be upgrade the DTS firewall in Azure on Wednesday, October 23, from 10 PM to 2 AM. The upgrade should be brief, but Network Services reserves the entire outage window in case any troubleshooting is needed.

During the upgrade, brief interruptions to traffic are possible. Only services hosted in DTS Azure will be impacted.

Identified - OIT network administrators continue to investigate the problem. Network technicians are en route to ORNL.

OIT network administrators are investigating the problem. The cause of the outage is believed to be hardware related. There is no ETA for return of service at this time.
